This may be seen in sequence of the murders of Dabholkar and Govind Pansare by fascist and fundamentalist Hindu forces whose face has been further exposed by stubborn pronouncement by Bhuvuth Shetty of Bajrang Dal from mangalore who has tweeted"Earlier UR Ananthmurty was our target and now MM Kalburgi.Anyone ridiculing Hinduism shall meet the same fate and the next is KS Bhagwan."There is a real danger to the life of Prof.KS Bhagwan retired professor of Mysore University who has also been receiving threats like Prof.Kalburgi for his rational comments.Ipta demands total security foe prof.Bhagwan.
IPTA calls upon all secular and rational forces to fight this fascist terror offensive unitedly at every level.Ipta urges upon the central and state governments to act firmly against criminals opposed to freedom of expression and rationality.
